At Solaya Provence, the quality of our products and your satisfaction are our absolute priority.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.
Hygiene Exception — Important
In accordance with hygiene and health protection regulations, any cosmetic product that has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded. This exception applies regardless of the withdrawal period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must strictly be:
- Unopened and unsealed
- In its original intact packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

- We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product:
- The refund is processed within 7 to 14 business days
- The refund is issued via the original payment method
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
Defective Product
In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a full refund or resend the product according to your preference.
