Delivery Zones
Solaya Provence ships worldwide to most countries across Europe, North America, Australia, and beyond.
Delivery Times
Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses and delivered via our carrier Speedy. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Western Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- North America: 10 to 20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12 to 25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15 to 30 business days
These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on customs conditions, time of year, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather events, logistics overload, customs delays).
Important — Delivery Timeframes
By placing an order on www.solayaprovence.com, you acknowledge that you have read the delivery timeframes indicated above and expressly accept them. Solaya Provence shall not be held liable for any delivery delay related to international transit times or customs procedures.
No refund request or chargeback may be initiated solely on the grounds of a longer-than-expected delivery time, as long as the order is in transit and the maximum indicated timeframe has not been exceeded.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel in real time using this number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service at: solayaprovencede@gmail.com
Non-Received Parcel
In the event that your parcel has not been received after the maximum indicated timeframe, you must contact our customer service before initiating any refund procedure or dispute with your bank or PayPal. We are committed to processing your request promptly and offering you an appropriate solution.
Any chargeback initiated without prior contact with our customer service will be systematically disputed with all shipping and tracking evidence at our disposal.
Liability upon Delivery
Solaya Provence accepts no liability in the event of:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery
- Refusal of the parcel by the recipient
